The honest answers.
Will this replace my team?
No. Growthforce is built for teams that are growing but held back by a lack of resources, not ones looking to cut headcount. The AI team takes on the repetitive volume, works 24/7 for a fraction of a hire's cost, and keeps learning your business, so your people spend their time on the work that actually needs a human.
Does it actually send emails on its own?
No, not unless you set that gate. The default is draft-for-approval: the SDR writes it, you approve or edit, then it sends. Outbound employees also have per-workspace send caps.
How is this different from an AI SDR tool?
You don't buy “an AI SDR.” You hire a team you direct like coworkers, on a shared Company Brain that gets smarter from your corrections. One back-office to manage all of them.
How is this different from a general AI employee platform?
We're not one. We don't do HR, support, or generic office work. Every employee is built for one job: your GTM funnel. Maya sources, Alex reaches out, Sam qualifies, Morgan closes, and each one hands off to the next automatically, not five disconnected bots you have to stitch together yourself.
What's the free audit, really?
A live diagnostic of your funnel from a short intake: where deals leak, what to fix first, and which employee closes it. No card, no call gate. You keep the report.
Will the emails sound like AI slop?
Every draft runs a research-backed slop check (cliché openers, AI-register words, “not just X, it's Y” tells) and gets a 1–10 score on the approval card, so you only ship copy that reads human.
How long does it take to see results?
Most users see first replies within 48–72 hours of running their first Nurture or SDR campaign. The GTM audit itself takes 10 minutes.
What do I need to connect?
Your inbox for sending and reading replies, and your CRM or a contact list for the enrichment source. Everything else (enrichment, research, drafting) runs inside Growthforce.
Can I use this for clients?
Yes. Agencies run outbound across many client workspaces from one back office, with a separate Company Brain per client so the voice and targeting don't bleed between accounts.
